Laleham Archery Club

'Safeguarding' refers to the preventative measures that Laleham Archery Club takes to keep children, young people and adults-at-risk safe. We want Laleham Archery Club to be a safe and welcoming place for all. We are committed to keeping everyone who engages with our sport safe from harm and, to do this, we adhere to the Safeguarding policy and procedures outlined by Archery GB. All of our licenced coaches are DBS checked and you can raise safeguarding concerns to any of them, either verbally or in an email. Our Safeguarding Officer is Cath Moore and she will respond to any concerns raised safeguarding@lalehamarcheryclub.co.uk.

We have a flowchart to explain the steps involved in raising a safeguarding issue and how it will be dealt with.

In order to safeguard our members, we ask that those who do not wish to have their photo taken display prominently the 'no photo' card provided on request when using the range. Other members undertake not to include those with this displayed in photos. Anyone taking photographs for social media or the website will have a pass displayed and you can be reassured that when any photos are posted, the people within them are not identified.
